Terms & Conditions
- Hotel Check-in time is 12:00 hours and check-out time is 10:00 hours.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Booking and cancellation Policy:
- 30 days prior to Check-In: One room night to be charged.
- 29 to 15 days prior to Check-In: 50% amount to be charged.
- 14 days or less prior to Check-in: 100% amount to be charged
- 50% of amount to be deposited on booking & balance amount to be paid 5 days prior to Check-In.
- An extension of stay is liable to be offered at rate/offer applicable at the time the extension request is made.
- Children up-to 7 years old can stay free of charge. Children above 7 years old will be charged as per extra adult rate.
- We request you to provide photo-identity proof while checking-in. Indian Nationals can present any of the following:
- Passport
- Driving License
- Voter ID Card
- Aadhaar Card
- Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa
- The Hotel does not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, medical emergencies, civil disturbance, defects in vehicles, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, war, fire, floods, accidents, etc.
- The Hotel has a strict non-refund policy.
- In the event of no-show payment as per the booking and cancellation policy mentioned above will be applicable.
- No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed in the room.
- The Hotel reserves the right to send guests away due to their conduct and behaviour or for any other safety, security, medical reasons or if they express themselves in a discriminating manner, harass or endanger other guests or staff.
- All the assets of the Hotel should not be damaged or destroyed. The Hotel has the discretion to levy any charges if such damage/destruction to the asset of the Hotel (both movable and immovable) has been done or caused by the Guest.
- Your valuables can be stored in a safety deposit box in your room.
- The Hotel takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves.
- Lost property found on the premises is logged and kept in a secure location for a period of three months. Thereafter items are either disposed of or donated to charity.
- Valet parking is always at the Guest’s risk. The Hotel will not be accountable for the loss of any valuables from such parked vehicles.
- The guest agrees and acknowledges that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel’s Standard Terms and Conditions in respect of their reservation / stay at the Hotel.
- The Hotel may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation.
- The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.
- The Hotel does not accept any liability for any failure by the Hotel to comply with these conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- The Hotel reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
